LW Women’s Golf Club

Thirty-five women of the LW Women’s Golf Club participated in the weekly nine hole golf tournament at the Leisure World golf course. Play for the day was low gross, low net and birdies. A birdie is when a player gets the ball in the hole on the second shot.

B flight winners: Kyung Kim, 28, low gross; Bert Thompson and Laura Garcia, 25, low net. Birdies: Bert Thompson, No. 8; Alison Kim, 8; Judy Kim, 2 and 6.

C flight winners: Sue Yokomi and Haile Yang, 33, low gross; Janell Hiebert, 27, low net. Birdies: Haile Yang, No. 6.

D flight winners: Vivian Ceballos, 39, low gross; Connie Kang, 27, low net.
