Board halts RV Lot fee increase; sends proposal back to committee


GRF BOARD by Emma DiMaggio Communications Manager Leisure World RV Lot fees will remain unchanged—for now. At its Nov. 25 meeting, the GRF Board failed to ratify a 25% fee increase to RV Lot rental fees in an 8-8-1 tie vote with one abstention. It was a rare about face from the Board, which approved the fee changes at its Oct. 28 meeting, pending a 28-day notification to GRF shareholders.
