City to host pet licensing events

The City of Seal Beach will host two pop-up dog licensing events in Leisure World on Saturday, June 22, from noon-6 p.m. in Clubhouse 6 and Friday, June 28, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Leisure World Health Options Expo. The city’s designated animal shelter, WAGS, will also be on site June 28 to provide free microchipping. Per GRF Pet Rule 7501, Article II, pets must be registered with the Stock

Town hall rescheduled for July 19

TRANSPORTATION A town hall to discuss transportation options in Leisure World has been rescheduled. The delay will provide time to expand the presentation to include other transportation options, including revamping existing on-site Minibus service and reviewing other shuttle services. On May 28, the 2023-24 GRF Board tabled a motion to outsource transportation to an app-based shuttle service
