Members-only line dance party and lunch is July 23 in Clubhouse 2

JOYFUL LINE DANCE

The Joyful Line Dance Club meets on Thursdays in Clubhouse 2 from 10 a.m. -noon. The first hour of the class is for beginners to intermediate dancers. After a brief break, the second hour of the class is for more advanced dancers. People are encouraged to stay for the full class to become more familiar with the dances.

The classes are currently taught by the club s dedicated longtime member NakSoo Kim. The club thanks its other volunteers Gina Baik, Anna Derby, Helen Evangelista, Joy Azrium, George Pinada, Chung Ja Lewis and Sunny Kim for stepping in.

At its July 23 meeting, the Joyful Line Dance Club will host a summer line dance party, featuring oldies but goodies songs. Korean lunch including teriyaki bulgogi, jeon and cucumber kimchi will be served to members for $ 10. The rest of the cost is covered by the clubs donors. People must be members of the club to take classes, and sign in with their names, Mutual and unit numbers. Annual membership is $20 and cannot be prorated. Exercise shoes are recommended. Everyone is welcome.
