The LW Bicycle Group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Helmets and safe shoes are required.

In addition, regular cycling helps manage weight, enhances balance to reduce falls, and promotes mental well-being.
