The Impaired Vision and Hearing Club will host guest speaker Dr. Bruce Vircks on May 26

The Impaired Vision and Hearing Club will have audiologist and LW resident Dr. Bruce Vircks as a guest speaker at its general meeting on Tuesday, May 26, at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 1. President Juanita Townsend will preside.

Dr. Vircks will speak on a variety of subjects that will interest anyone with hearing loss. Dr. Vircks is the newly elected president of the Seal Beach Lions Club. All LW residents are welcome.

Club membership is $5 and allows members to join the support groups as well. Those groups delve into issues regarding the specifics of the handicap. Caregivers and family members are invited to attend.

Those with old glasses or hearing aids are welcome to bring them for donation to appropriate organizations.
