LW Assembly of God will host missionaries to Panama, Kirk and Yvonne Jones on Sunday, March 29 at 10:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby. Kirk and Yvonne have been serving the children of Panama for 34 years. Presently, they are training leaders for effective kids ministry, ministering to neglected, abused and abandoned children through Amigo Mentor Panama, assisting indigenous outreach and the Assembly of God national churches, as needed. Their four adult children were all born during their time as missionaries. They have indeed spent a lifetime pouring their lives into the children of Panama.
The Wednesday Bible study continues in Francis Chan’s series on the Book of James, chapter 5:13-20. James has one message in this passage: prayer is the answer. Whether dealing with hardship, sickness, offenses, sin, or even natural catastrophes, prayer is the answer.
