Seal Beach Sa-Rang Church

Seal Beach Sa-Rang Church celebrated its 22nd anniversary during its service on Feb. 1.

Senior Pastor Rev. John Lee delivered a sermon titled “The Church on Earth, the Church in Heaven,” based on Revelation 2:1-4. He emphasized that Seal Beach Sa-Rang Church should become a frontline base for spreading the Gospel and proclaiming God’s salvation to its neighbors in times of tribulation.

Seal Beach Sa-Rang Church, the first Korean church established in Leisure World, is grateful for the number of new members, which are increasing since its relocation to the Redeemer Lutheran Church sanctuary three months ago.

The church meets on Sundays at 12:30 p.m. with a light lunch to follow. The Wednesday Bible study is at 6 p.m., and the early morning prayer meeting is held Tuesday-Saturday at 6 a.m.
