PCH median beautification project will close lanes starting Sept. 8

CITY OF SEAL BEACH

The City of Seal Beach has announced a partnership with the Conservation Corps of Long Beach (CCLB) to enhance the medians along Pacific Coast Highway between First Street and Marina Drive. The project will include leveling existing dirt mounds and removing vegetation, and planting native species such as California Lilac, Pink Fairy Duster and others. These enhancements will significantly improve the appearance of this key corridor.

The project is scheduled to begin on Monday, Sept. 8. Intermittent lane closures will be necessary to complete the work safely.
