Shotgun scramble sign ups are limited to 50

A shotgun/scramble tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct 29. Signups are on Tuesday and Wednesday morning tournaments. The last day to sign up is Friday, Oct. 24.

All Leisure World men’s and women’s golf club members may enter and must have a handicap to play.

Special rules for the 18hole tournament are: 1. There will only be 50 players— 10 teams of five, so sign up early.

2. Every team member must use their drive off the tee three times.

3. Each team member tees off and then it’s play the best ball until the ball goes in the hole.

4. Each best shot will be marked, and every other player hits from within six inches of that spot.

5. All balls are to be played into the hole—no gimmies or concession.

6. Only the best score is entered on the scorecard.
