Lions Food Box

The Seal Beach Lions will continue its Produce Box Program on Thursday, May 22, at Clubhouse 6 from 10 a.m.-noon. The program offers residents 12-pound boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables for $10 cash.

People can now purchase a second box for a Leisure World neighbor. Each person purchasing a box must present their GRF card, and people must pick up the boxes themselves.

The Seal Beach Lions distribute food boxes on the fourth Thursday of each month. Box contents vary according to what is fresh and seasonal. Supplies are limited and the program is first come, first served.
