Mutual 8 Garage Sale

Mutual 8 will hold its first Mutual-wide community yard and patio sale on Saturday, June 25, 8 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Residents, family and friends are all welcome to enjoy the sunshine and shop for bargains. Start at unit 179-E off Oakmont Road to get a map with a free cup of coffee and homemade cookie. The map of Mutual 8 will include a list of over 35 participating units and a few highlights of items being sold. Residents will be selling furniture, collectibles, sports memorabilia, housewares, clothing and many new and barely used items.
