Fitness Fusion Club meets Tuesdays in CH 6
The Fitness Fusion Club meets Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 6 and Thursdays and Saturdays 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Veterans Plaza. The workout is designed to help strengthen the core and develop upper and lower body muscles. Standing yoga poses are used to improve balance.
