Art League Presentation: Landscape Artist

Each month, the Art League provides hands-on workshops and presentations provided by noted Southern California artists who share their skills, hacks and creativity with Leisure World residents.

Kacie Lyn Martinez will present to the league on Tuesday, June 9, at 6 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. Her Catina Studio was born to use art to help people explore themselves, their imaginations and their relationships. She’s worked with Fortune 500s and grassroots collectives, with startup teams and strangers on the street. Her work has been called “pure alchemy” by those who’ve walked away from the experience feeling more whole.

All Leisure World residents are welcome to participate in the presentation, and Art League members can display their art on provided easels and tables. To have art shown, members must bring their artwork to Clubhouse 4 at 5:30 p.m. to check in with Art League staff. People will vote to select the Popular Vote winner.

People can enter the raffle drawing for the chance to win an artwork donated by Martinez or another artist.

Proceeds from the raffle support the Art League.
