At the May 18 Monday night pool league, The Tumbleweeds beat The Renegades 8-5. This extended The Tumbleweeds lead over the second place Bees to three games, with only one week left in the 15 week season. Paul Ivanoff of The Tumbleweeds won six games, including both of his singles matches. Cornel Sneekes of The Renegades won five games and his singles.

The Bees edged The Burners 7-6 to keep them in contention for first place. Gary Monahan won four games for The Bees and won both his eight ball and nine ball singles.

BDG beat The Rustlers 7-6, with Guta Basner winning four games for BDG.

In the Wednesday night league, The Pool Addicts beat The Predators 10-3 to increase their lead to 12 games over the second place Favorites. Steve Edrich and Milly Larsen of The Pool Addicts each won six of their seven games.

The Favorites beat Rack & Rollers 8-5. Dave Silva of The Favorites won six of his games. Silva won both of his singles matches by scratches from his opponent.

Chalk Dirty 2 Me beat Brake & Run 8-5. Hanken Le won five games and both of his singles matches for Chalk Dirty 2 Me.

Both the Monday and Wednesday leagues will play one more week. The week after that the first place teams will play each other to determine the league champion.
