Faith Christian Assembly

Faith Christian Assembly meets every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. On Sunday, May 31, is centered on God’s love. He wanted sons and daughters to love. He created man in “his own image” with a capacity to reflect and show his love to others. He chose family to accomplish that purpose. With Father’s Day just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the heavenly father, who has always loved them.

For people with earthly parents who were not there for them, it may be hard to trust the Heavenly father. However, he sent his son Jesus to show what God the Father is like, as seen in the stories found in the Gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

God has both father and mother love to give people. He has qualities of strength, protection and compassion like a good father, and the comfort and tenderness of a mother. All people can open their hearts and sense his embrace.

“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him?” Matthew 7:1.
