Mutual 16, which is Leisure ….

Mutual 16, which is Leisure World’s smallest Mutual with only 60 apartments, did not have a candidate for the 2026 election. GRF Director Janet Isom, who is in her second term representing Mutual 16, declined to run. She will continue to represent her Mutual until she officially vacates her seat. Once a GRF Board seat is vacated, GRF directors can appoint a Mutual 16 resident to serve out the term. If there is no Mutual 16 candidate available, a special election open to qualified candidates from any Mutual would be called to fill the open seat.

New directors were installed at the GRF Annual Meeting on June 9.
