GRF AND MUTUAL ELECTIONS

The 2026 Annual Ballot Counting Meeting of the Golden Rain Foundation will be held Tuesday, June 2, at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 4. The annual meeting is June 9, at 2 p.m. in Clubhouse 4.

There are nine director seats up of the even-numbered Mutuals for election. The candidates whose names will appear on the ballot (in alphabetical order) for each respective Mutual are:

• Mutual 2: Mark Hughes, Teri Nugent, Karen Waller

• Mutual 4: Vicki Burdman

• Mutual 6: Steve Edrich

• Mutual 8: Michael Banfield, Forouz “Fran” Ertl

• Mutual 10: Kevin Billing, Carol Stern Levine, Leechung “Luke” Wang

• Mutual 12: Linda Herman

• Mutual 14: Barry Lukoff, Namil Shin

• Mutual 16: None. Mail-in secret ballots will be distributed to members at least 30 days before the election. After the member has completed the ballot, insert the ballot into envelope “#1,” seal envelope “#1” and insert it into envelope “#2” which is preaddressed to the Inspectors of Election.

In order for the ballot to be counted, the member must sign his or her name on the outer envelope “#2”.

There are three ways to return the mail-in secret ballot: 1) Mail to: HOA Elections of California, Inc. at 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. C-496 San Clemente, California 92673 in the prepaid envelope provided. Ensure ample time for delivery by noon on Monday, June 1; or 2) Deliver by hand the ballot (inside the two envelopes) to the Inspectors of Election, HOA Elections of California, Inc. at 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. C-496 San Clemente, California 92673, the ballot must be received by the Inspector of Elections at the above address no later than noon on Monday, June 1, the last business day before the election date; or the on-site ballot box located in the front of the Golden Rain Foundation Administration Building no later than 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2.

3) Deliver by hand the ballot (inside of the two envelopes) to the Inspectors of Election at the Golden Rain Foundation Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 2, in Clubhouse 4, 1419 Northwood Road, Seal Beach, CA 90740, between 9-10 a.m., at which time the polls will close.


Shareholders must return their Mutual ballots in the light blue return envelope, which is included in the HOA Elections of California envelope and must be signed by a shareholder to be counted.

GRF ballots will be mailed to shareholders in a yellow envelope.
