Hui O Hula: Instructor Return

Hui O Hula wishes an “E komo mai i ka home,” or welcome home, to Leisure World’s longtime hula instructor Jojo Weingart from her travels with family in China. The class continued in her absence with the help and guidance of senior dancers, and a Tuesday beginners’ class has wrapped up after five meetings. Regular classes continue on the normal schedule: Tuesdays at 1 p.m. upstairs in the Clubhouse 6 Mirror Room, and Thursdays at 1 p.m. in the Optum Health Care Center Conference Room.
