Balance, Strength & Exercise Workshop When: Wednesday, June 3, from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Where: Optum HCC Large Conference Room This workshop is beneficial to anyone who has concerns about balance or has previously experienced a fall. No RSVP required.

Where: Clubhouse 3, Room 6 Family caregivers or friends of people with dementia are welcome to join this informal discussion that offers resources for problem solving, education and emotional support. No RSVP required.
