Woman’s Club: Tuesday, Nov. 3

The Woman’s Club of Leisure World will meet Tuesday, Nov. 3, in Clubhouse 2. Doors open at 1 p.m., and the meeting starts at 1:30.

Each month, this philanthropic club supports local organizations that provide aid in local communities. In November, the club will recognize the Noel Community Organization, which provides pantry and food bank services that fight food insecurity and provide essential resources to individuals and families.

As usual, barrels will be available for members to make donations of non-perishable items.

Following the business meeting, the group will be entertained by Bogart and Boyd, accomplished and classicallytrained professional musicians. After entertaining audiences around the world on cruise ships for several years, they returned to Southern California, where they currently perform at events.

The group welcomes new members. Annual dues are $25. For more information, contact Lynn Baidack at 562296-5342.
