Creative Writers Club

The Creative Writers Club will meet Friday, Oct. 23, at 1 p.m. in a different room than usual: Clubhouse 3, Room 5. This month, in addition to readings, members will start preparing for the club’s latest anthology.

At its Sept. 25 meeting, many writers submitted items to read aloud to the group. Among the writings were two humorous pieces about life in Leisure World—one about emergency vehicles all converging at once at the scene of a fire and the other about going to an estate sale.

Visitors and new members are welcome to join the meeting whether they have written anything to read or not.
