Bruce M. Keough 1949-2026

Bruce M. Keough, age 77 passed on May 14, 2026 at 1:20 a.m. at an assisted living facility. He was born on Jan. 18, 1949, in Ontario, Canada, to Leo Keough and Margaret Coady, one of 15 children.

He is survived by his second wife, Jacqueline Kennedy, along with many dear friends in Leisure World.

Bruce found joy at Taco Tuesday and Wednesday night Karaoke Club, where he danced with enthusiasm. He often was singing or humming a happy tune that uplifted those around him. He regularly attended the Republican Club with his wife. Bruce also attended Compass Bible Church in Huntington Beach, where he found faith in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Bruce’s life was a testament to the strength of friendship, and his absence will be deeply felt. David Livingston will conduct a service to celebrate his life on Friday, July 24, at noon in Clubhouse 3, Room 4. Family, friends, and Leisure World acquaintances are invited to attend; refreshments will be served.
