CAPOC Food Box Delivery

Where: Clubhouse 4 People must have their cards stamped in the Ceramics Room before picking up a box of food.

New sign-ups are welcome. Requirements: over 60 years of age and receiving no more than $ 1,995 monthly. Picture ID with a date of birth must be shown.
