LW Korean Community Church
At the thanksgiving service marking the LW Korean Community Church’s 16th anniversary on June 7, Senior Pastor Jang Young-yong read James 1:1–8 and reflected with the congregation on the grace of God that has guided the church so far.
Following the scripture reading, Pastor Kim Seon-tae delivered an inspiring sermon centered on the theme of God’s love—a love that “gives generously to all without finding fault” (James 1:5).
Pastor Kim emphasized the importance of clearly knowing to whom prayers are addressed. He urged the congregation to cast aside all doubt and approach God with faith. Reflecting on the grace that has sustained and grown the church over the past 16 years, Pastor Kim offered a prayer of blessing, asking that the church might fulfill an even greater vision and mission in the future.
He prayed that the church— built upon countless prayers and acts of devotion—would stand firm as a community of faith that serves both the local community and the nations.
LWKCC holds a worship service every Sunday at 11:30 a.m. in the sanctuary at 14000 Church Place. The early morning prayer service is held in the sanctuary at 6 a.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
