Pickleball Club offers free lessons on Wednesdays
Those interested in learning more about pickleball can attend beginner’s instruction at the courts behind Clubhouse 2 every Wednesday morning at 10. Paddles and balls are provided. Players should wear sturdy court shoes.
The classes are designed for first time players, covering basic strokes, rules, scoring and strategy. Each week during the month the skills levels increase.
The first Wednesday of each month is for beginners to learn how to use the paddle, basic rules and basic shots. The second and third Wednesday trainings are focused on serve and volley plays, with various drills. The fourth and fifth Wednesdays of the month are for positioning and advanced skills.
