$10 produce boxes will be sold at Clubhouse 6 today

LW LIONS CLUB

The Leisure World Lions Club will distribute fresh fruits and vegetables in a 12-pound produce box for $10 today, May 28, in the Clubhouse 6 parking lot from 10 a.m.-noon.

People are encouraged to arrive early as supplies are limited. The event is cash only.

All Leisure World residents are eligible. There are no income limits.

A GRF ID card is required for pickup. People can also purchase one box for a neighbor by bringing the neighbor’s ID card. The distribution is held monthly.

Lions Club International is one of the world’s largest volunteer service organizations.
