Clubhouse 6 roofing project begins May 11

The Clubhouse 6 reroofing project is about to begin.

On May 11, HVAC contractor Greenwood Heating & Air Inc. will begin the installation of temporary air conditioning for Clubhouse 6. The old HVAC units will be removed to allow crews access to the roof, and then reinstalled once the reroofing is completed.

Starting May 14, Fontaine Roofing will begin reroofing Clubhouse 6, which will last approximately one month.

A portion of the Clubhouse 6 parking lot will be closed for the duration of the project in order to stage a temporary construction yard for materials, cranes and roofing demolition supplies. “No Parking” signs will be posted prior to the closure.

People should exercise caution in the area, and inside of Clubhouse 6 as crews and heavy machinery will be present. Drivers should follow all posted detour signage.
