Editor:

I find the weeds along North Gate Road to be extremely unsightly. After some research, I have found that the road belongs to the City of Seal Beach. The property from the fence to the freeway wall belongs to the State of California.

We have filled out a CalTrans service request form requesting the weeds be removed. I would hope that Leisure World would have some influence with the city to have the weeds removed along the area that the city is responsible for.
