lunch, dessert, and a beverage ….

lunch, dessert, and a beverage to over 100 residents by caring and trained volunteers. They also provide a valuable social connection to those who are alone. MOWLB’s goal is to help its clients remain safe, socially connected, and nourished in their own homes. The program is always looking for new volunteers to help deliver meals, and available to all LW residents who have difficulty cooking meals or shopping for food. GAF’s MOWLB donations cover the meals’ daily fee for qualified, lowincome LW residents. MOWLB appreciates the GAF’s partnership and its monetary support to continue provide services to this community. Altogether the GAF has contributed over $125,000 to support Meals on Wheels Long Beach and Meals on Wheels of Orange County.
