Free beginner pickleball lessons offered Wednesday mornings

Free beginner pickleball lessons are offered each Wednesday at 10 a.m. These classes are designed for first time players covering basic strokes, rules, scoring and strategy. Each week during the month, the skill levels increase. This week’s lessons will be given by Linda Evenson, who will emphasize the serve, volley and dinks. She will also instruct in court positioning and strategies. Follow up lessons always review the previous week’s skill sets. The court instructors will help prepare players for a lifetime of fun and laughter on the pickleball court. Additional classes offered each Wednesday for further skill development. Paddles and balls are available during the lessons. Court shoes required. Class are held at the LW pickleball courts behind Clubhouse 2. No reservations are needed.
