Karaoke Club
Richard Yokomi never fails to deliver an upbeat tune for the Karaoke Club audience, which gathers every Wednesday in Clubhouse 1 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. His song choices get the audience tappin’ their feet and dancing in the aisles.
On March 4, David Noble charmed with the cute “Coca Cola Cowboy,” and William Young had a grand time singing the lively “Adalida.” The audience also enjoyed a newcomer, Ron Hanna, who gave a gutsy rendition of “Mack the Knife.” In between the toe-tappers, the group was soothed by several beautiful ballads and favorite pop hits.
Everyone is welcome to join this friendly social evening that’s sure to entertain. People can cross karaoke off their bucket lists by joining the club’s Monday afternoon practice sessions in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3 p.m. Newcomers are welcome.
