Meetings for the Atherton Ward are held at 6500 E. Atherton St., Long Beach. The sacrament meeting is at 9 a.m., followed by second-hour meetings from 10:10-11 a.m. The second hour meetings are as follows: Sunday school is held on the first and third Sundays and relief society and elders quorum are on the second and fourth Sundays. The primary meeting is held every Sunday.

The Stake Conference will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 17 and 18 at the Stake Center. There will be no meetings in the Atherton building that weekend.

The “Come Follow Me” course of study this year is the Old Testament. Personal study of the Old Testament for the week of Jan. 12-18 should be Genesis 1-2, Moses 2-3 and Abraham 4.
