Self-Managed Vehicle Sale

Each fourth Saturday, authorized residents have the opportunity to sell any used motorized vehicle in the Administration Parking Lot from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The next self-managed event is Saturday, June 27.

Vehicles must have current DMV registrations, GRF decals and be insured. In addition to cars, motorhomes, motorcycles, golf carts, bikes, trikes and scooters may be sold. The owner or representative does not need to be present but is allowed to display a single “for sale” sign no larger than 18” by 24” on the vehicle, to include a phone number.

The sale is open to Leisure World residents only and the guests they call in. The public cannot sell at the events.
