Back in 1988, while playing four-handed cribbage in Saskatchewan, Canada, Bob Berry landed the highest possible score in cribbage with a 29-point hand.
The odds of this happening are one in 649,000. Berry also achieved his first hole in one on the golf course that memorable year. He has been a member of the LW Cribbage Club for eight years and has been playing cribbage for 80 years, since he was a child.
Myrna Losquadro provided cookies and ice cream in celebration of her upcoming birthday. Losquadro and Potsy Frank served everyone . Melinda Cowan also provided nuts, candies and pretzel mix. The club thanks and appreciates all who provide and serve.
The winners for the week will be posted a week late due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
