Community Karaoke

Karaoke Club members love birthday celebrations. On Aug. 20, audience members enjoyed delicious chocolate cake while performers sang. Ray Geierman and Dorothy Ferrington received many birthday wishes. Each week, they select timely tunes to charm the audience. Newcomer Judy Secor sang a capella. Danna Sanders did a delightful “I Saw the Light.” The audience appreciated another newcomer, Paul Yi, singing “Let It Be Me.” Erika Greenwood and her visiting son, Dan Erwin, also did some fine songs.

The club thanks Tony Tupas for designing a new karaoke banner, as well as Pat Paternoster, Judi Ornoff and Dave LaCascia for serving refreshments. All are invited to practice karaoke each Monday in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3 p.m. Karaoke parties are held every Wednesday from 5:30-9:30 in Clubhouse 1. Everyone is welcome.
