Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers freshly cooked meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk.

Roast beef with gravy, sweet potatoes, collard greens, green gelatin, chef’s salad with turkey, ham, egg, tomato, bacon, blue cheese dressing and crackers.

Friday, Aug. 29

Barbecue chicken breast, mac ‘n’ cheese, zucchini, oranges, turkey and ham cobb salad with egg, tomato, bacon, Ranch dressing and crackers.
