Pastor Chuck Franco continues the sermon series titled “Preparing for the New Year” this week.

Ephesians 5:15-20 gives specific instructions to Christians who want to pursue excellence in every area of life in the new year. Repeating the same mistakes will lead to the same result. Start 2025 with new focus and specific direction.

The Wednesday Bible study examines the second session of the “Essentials of Faith,” by Francis Chan. This week’s message is titled “What Makes Humans Unique?”

Chan presents the reason God created humans in a way that will inspire renewed awe in God’s power and love. A brief video lesson is followed by guided discussion and student interaction. It’s not too late to jump in on this new study.

LW Assembly of God meets Sundays at 10:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Wednesday Bible study is at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Hymn Sing is held on the fourth Sunday of the month at 6 p.m in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby.
