Special Open Board Session: July 23

Residents are invited to attend an open special GRF Board session on July 23 at 3 p.m. by livestream at www. lwsb.com or in person in Clubhouse 4.

The meeting of the GRF Board will be conducted in Conference Room A. Just prior to conducting its open special board session, the Board will conduct an executive session as part of the process to fill the Mutual 16 vacancy (see page 5).

Privacy requirements for an executive session cannot be met in Clubhouse 4. Consequently, the GRF Board will conduct its meeting in Conference Room A and connect with residents for the open session via the television monitors in Clubhouse 4.

Residents who attend the meeting in Clubhouse 4 will have the opportunity to provide comments at the conclusion of the meeting.
