Where We Live Club

The Where We Live Club meets on the first Mondays of the month in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, from 6-7 p.m. The club was formed to give Leisure World residents a stronger voice in decisions affecting the community. From rising assessments and financial accountability to management oversight and responsible governance, the club’s mission has always been to advocate for the best interests of shareholders.

The club’s purpose is not to defend or oppose individuals simply because of who they are or what position they hold. Leadership should be judged by actions, decisions and results. The club believes accountability remains essential at every level of community governance.

The Where We Live Club’s commitment remains to the residents of Leisure World—not to any individual, board faction, or administration. Residents are encouraged to attend meetings, ask questions, share ideas, and become involved. A stronger community depends on participation, open discussion, and respect for differing viewpoints.

Moving Leisure World forward requires less time looking backward and more time working together toward meaningful improvements.
