Arirang Club teaches fan dance, janggu and drum

The LW Arirang Club meets Sundays upstairs in Clubhouse 6 from 4-7 p.m. Each hour offers a new class: first members learn fan dance, then janggu and drum. The classes are led by Young Park.

The class is taught primarily in English and features five non-Korean members.

The club will hold an invitation-only party and recital on Dec. 13 in Clubhouse 4 at 5 p.m. Members will showcase what they’ve learned since the July 18 Multicultural Festival at the Amphitheater.
