David Norvell will speak on Sept. 18

GRF Executive Director David Norvell will be the Sunshine Club’s guest speaker on Friday, Sept. 18, in Clubhouse 2, Room 2, at 10 a.m. All are welcome to join this meeting, and refreshments will be served.

Norvell has been serving as the executive director of the GRF since Dec. 3. He brings over three decades of senior executive leadership and expertise in managing complex community associations.

His experience includes running a large homeowners association (HOA) management company and leading the legal department responsible for HOA development at a national home builder.

Throughout his career, Norvell has been recognized for his strategic leadership, conflict resolution skills, and ability to guide complex organizations through change.

His primary focus has been on the long-term operational and fiscal health of the GRF, ensuring resources are managed efficiently while prioritizing homeowner value and quality of life. This includes guiding the organization’s strategic needs, balancing sound business judgment with the expectations of the homeowners, and fostering objective, professional working relationships with staff, homeowners and vendors.
