Pick up produce for $10 on Sept. 24

The LW Lions Club’s produce box program is back on Thursday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m.-noon, and it’s bringing the farm right to residents’ doorsteps. For $10 cash, people can bring home a 12-pound box packed with crisp, colorful, and farm-fresh fruits and vegetables.

People must bring their GRF IDs to purchase. Residents are encouraged to come early, as these boxes go fast and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
