Faith Christian Assembly’s weekly Bible study returns after a brief summer break on Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Sheri Leming leading the discussion of the book of Joel.
Joel is a short but powerful book with many wonderful and timeless lessons. It shows believers how in challenging times, God calls upon his people to come together and cry out to him. Sin and failure can wreak havoc, but God longs to show his mercy. His mercy brings greater hope, restoration and renewal. Pastor Sheri Lemming will expound on these truths and much more.
The men’s and women’s ministries meet on the third Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. The next meeting will be Sept. 17.
