Their fixed incomes have not kept pace with rising expenses, including HOA fees.

The Leisure World Cares Fund is taking a radical approach to help those struggling to remain in their homes.

The fund is providing qualifi ed residents with a small but meaningful direct cash award every month and the impact has been amazing.

Their stress is reduced, their feeling of security has returned, and they are profoundly grateful for the aid.

This simple approach is working, and support is building among our more secure neighbors who want to support solutions that work and show results.

More residents are stepping up to apply for the aid and to support it with donations.

Your donation to the Leisure World Cares Fund sustains that aid and enables even more struggling neighbors to be included.

The first awards began in January, and currently 31 monthly awards of $200 are being directly delivered.
