LW artist will fix religious objects, small statues for free

Mutual 15 resident Sung Kim is known for creating free memorial statues for Leisure World residents mourning their pets. While he continues to create pet statues, he is turning his attention to another project: the repair of religious objects and small decorative items (no larger than 12 inches).

Delicate statues with detailed features often fall, chip or break. Kim uses oven bake clay, his primary medium, to repair these items and bring them back to their former glory. The repairs are completely free.
