Service Maintenance: when to call for routine and emergency service

• Broken garbage disposals
• Cooktop burners
• Bath fans and heaters
• Electrical outlets that don’t affect refrigerator
• Non-standard microwaves For emergency maintenance repairs, residents can call Security 24 hours a day at 562-594-4754. On weekends and after normal business hours, Security will alert on-call emergency Service Maintenance employees, who will respond to calls in order of priority.

• Kitchen, bathroom sink and shower stoppages
• Toilet stoppages
• Toiletbowlortankslowtofill
• Toilet runs all the time

• Fire, smoke, sparks
• No hot water
• No power (affecting refrigerator)
• Smoke alarm, water alarm chirping
• Refrigerator failure Note: When calling for emergency service, the resident needs to ensure someone will be home and/or key permission is granted.
