Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers fresh meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk.

Thursday, July 2
Barbecue chicken breast, mac ‘n cheese, collard greens, fresh melon, garden salad with chicken, garbanzo beans, purple cabbage, celery, tomatoes, Italian dressing and crackers.
Friday, July 3
No service. Closed in observance of Fourth of July.
Monday, July 6
Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, peas and onions, cauliflower, tropical fruit, chicken salad sandwich with spinach, tomato and black-eyed peas.
Tuesday, July 7
Beef lasagna, whole grain dinner roll, broccoli, chocolate chip cookie, chicken Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing and crackers.
Wednesday, July 8
Chicken curry, brown rice, oriental vegetables, steamed cabbage, cantaloupe, Chinese chicken salad with mandarin oranges, cabbage, carrots, onions, Asian dressing and crackers.
