CAPOC Food Box Delivery

When: Thursday, June 18, from 9-11 a.m.

Where: Clubhouse 4 People must have their cards stamped in the Ceramics Room before picking up a box of food.

New sign-ups are welcome.

Requirements: over 60 years of age and receiving no more than $1,995 monthly. Picture ID with a date of birth must be shown.

Optical Pop-up Event

When: Thursday, June 18, from 12:30-4:30 p.m.

Where: Optum HCC Boardwalk Conference Room Eye Physicians ofLong Beach will be on-site offering an array of eyeglasses. People can bring their prescriptions and choose frames. VSP Vision Care, Davis Vision and other vision plans will be accepted. No RSVP required.

Nutrition 101: Protein & Aging When: Friday, June 19, at 2 p.m. Where: Optum HCC Conference Room No RSVP required.

2026 Life Options Expo

When: Friday, June 26, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Where: Clubhouse 4 and Veterans Plaza On call bus will be available to and from the event, as well as food for purchase from Lucille s, Koffel’s and Drizzle OC, and music by Cool Blue Jazz group. Everyone is welcome.

SoMang Society: Aging Well Educational Event When: Tuesday, June 30, from 7-9 p.m.

Where: Zoom This evet will be held in English. To register, call 562977-4580.

Balance, Strength andExercise Workshop When: Wednesday, July 1, from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Where: Optum Large Conference Room This event is beneficial to anyone who has issues with balance. No RSVP required.
