Community Church

May 24 is Pentecost Sunday, a time in the church when typically, everyone wears red and the congregation will look at the book of Acts in which “tongues as of fire” descended upon the first followers of Jesus.

But every three years in the cycle of Scriptures, Community Church has a different encounter of the Holy Spirit. This Sunday, May 24, the church will look at this different encounter of the Holy Spirit.

As a reminder, the word Gospel means good news. Those looking for a message of encouragement are welcome to join Community Church for a time of worship on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Community Church is located inside Leisure World near St. Andrews Gate at 14000 Church Place. No prior church experience is required. All are welcome who are welcoming to all.
